We stand behind TeamSurfAI. If you start a paid subscription and find it doesn't meet your needs within the first 14 days, we will issue a full refund with no hassle. We believe you should only pay for something that genuinely helps you.

Refunds are available for both monthly and annual plan purchases. For annual plans, if you request a refund after the 14-day window, we will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a pro-rated refund for unused months at our discretion.
Requesting a refund is simple:
Use the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your TeamSurfAI account.
We'll verify your eligibility and confirm that your refund has been initiated. No lengthy process โ we keep it simple.
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Funds typically appear in your account within 5โ10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
When a refund is issued, your subscription is cancelled and your account reverts to the Free plan immediately. You will retain access to the Free plan (30 minutes/month transcription) indefinitely.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at hello@teamsurf.ai before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Unresolved disputes or chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
TeamSurfAI uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record for all payment processing. When you see a charge, it will appear on your statement as "PADDLE.NET* TEAMSURFAI" or similar. For billing receipts and invoice management, you can also contact Paddle support directly at paddle.net/support.
