Recording consent: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all parties in any meeting you record have provided the necessary consent as required by the laws of your jurisdiction. TeamSurfAI does not provide legal advice on recording consent laws.
TeamSurfAI offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro, Teams). Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, your account reverts to the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade. We reserve the right to modify or end the free trial offer at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@teamsurf.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary, we offer a 14-day refund on paid subscriptions if you are not satisfied. Refunds are processed through Paddle.
TeamSurfAI and all related software, design, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of TeamSurfAI. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our software.
You retain full ownership of all content you record, transcribe, or upload to TeamSurfAI. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Your use of TeamSurfAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
TeamSurfAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. AI-generated transcriptions and summaries may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole record of any meeting.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeamSurfAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the application. Your continued use of TeamSurfAI after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which TeamSurfAI operates.
