Refund processed by Paddle

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Funds typically appear in your account within 5โ€“10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

When a refund is issued, your subscription is cancelled and your account reverts to the Free plan immediately. You will retain access to the Free plan (30 minutes/month transcription) indefinitely.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at hello@teamsurf.ai before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Unresolved disputes or chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.

TeamSurfAI uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record for all payment processing. When you see a charge, it will appear on your statement as "PADDLE.NET* TEAMSURFAI" or similar. For billing receipts and invoice management, you can also contact Paddle support directly at paddle.net/support.
